*Business E-Commerce Plan option is available for an additional charge each month. This is especially helpful if you are have many goods to sell. The Business option helps you keep track of inventory, calculate shipping at checkout, and much more. Please inquire for details.
What are the features?

Hosting is paid 6 mos., or 12 mos. via PayPal or check by mail. Monthly hosting billing is no longer available.

CANCELLATION
You may cancel at any time in writing.
To calculate a possible hosting fee reimbursement: the unused portion of your hosting payment starting on the following calendar month minus one month will be reimbursed via Paypal.*
Reimbursement will not be given for the same month in which you cancel service. A
A refund will be given via PayPal only for the unused hosting months only.
Creative services/Design & website startup fees cannot be reimbursed.

- $50 per additional page setup (A creative service: some basic design included, designer will determine what is "basic")
- $25 per hour (beyond basic setup: actual time to place special content/design page, special designs to be included on page/custom elements, etc.)
- The deposit amount is non-refundable. The deposit and any other other creative service fees you may incur over time cover the time spent creating your site. Please see “Cancellation” below for more info.

SITE MAINTENANCE
- Authorization can be given to, the client, to edit the site within the amySMITH design portal or also known as "the dashboard". This is the login area customized for your to maintain your site as you so desire.
- Please note that amySMITHcreative is not responsible for any changes made by the client.
- Tech Support is always free and if your site is needing hands-on help, basic changes are also FREE. What is considered "basic" is determined by amySMITHcreative.
- Some changes may require more work and a creative service rate of $25/hr may apply.
- Additional pages created begin at a setup cost of $25 + hourly design rates may also apply to some pages.
